4wards Consulting was founded by Adrian Sommerville, a management consultant and project delivery specialist with 38 years of experience across the full project lifecycle — estimating, submissions, contracts, contract management, disputes, and company leadership.

Alongside the consulting practice, Adrian holds a finance broker licence and operates 4wards Finance as a complementary brokerage service — giving SME clients access to capital structuring alongside strategic and operational advice.

The 4wards practice is Perth-based but works with Australian SMEs nationally, with a particular focus on the construction, resource services, and professional services sectors.

The open door is real. No layers, no account managers. You deal with Adrian directly.
